1 Rights, including Copyright

JoTantum.com and/or Jo Tantum shall remain at all times the owner(s) of any and all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in this Site and in the graphics, design, arrangement and look and feel of the Site. Further, JoTantum.com and/or Jo Tantum (or their licensors) remain at all times the owner(s) of all material or content supplied to you as part of the Site.

1.2 In accessing the Site, you agree that you will access its contents solely for your own private use but not for any commercial or public use. You can download and use the Site and its contents on a single PC at a time and you can print out a single hard copy of any part of the content on the Site for your personal use.

5 Contributions to the Site

5.1 Where you are invited to submit any contribution to the Site (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant JoTantum.com  a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in JoTantum.com’S Privacy Policy.

5.2 If you do not want to grant to JoTantum.com the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to the Site.

5.3 In addition to the above, by submitting your contribution to Us, you represent and warrant to Us that your contribution is (1) your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to Us for all the purposes specified above; (2) is not defamatory; and (3) does not infringe any applicable law.

5.4 You agree to indemnify  JoTantum.com against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that We may suffer or incur as a result of your breach of your representation and warranty above.

5.5 By submitting your contribution to us you also agree to waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Site and for the purposes specified above.

6 JoTantum.com Community Rules

6.1 You agree to use the Members’ Communities, Our Chat rooms and Discussion Forums, in accordance with the following Community Rules. These Rules apply across all JoTantum.com community sites and services.

6.2 About your posts:

6.2.1Contributions must be civil and tasteful
6.2.1 If a Member requests assistance we will always endeavour to respond to that individual request for assistance, but we cannot guarantee to do so.
6.2.2 Contributions must be civil and tasteful. No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour will be permitted: contributions must be constructive and polite, not malicious mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
6.2.3 No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
6.2.4 If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community or annoying other users you may have action taken against your Membership.
6.2.5 No impersonation allowed.
6.2.6 Be patient: users of all ages and abilities may be taking part in the relevant JoTantum.com Community.
6.2.7 No spamming or off-topic material: We do not allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times. Please do not re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.
6.2.8 No advertising allowed.
6.2.9 Contributions containing languages other than English may be removed.
6.2.10 No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names permitted.
6.2.11 You may not refer to specific URLs (web site addresses) unless allowed. If you know of a worthy website relevant to the discussion topic, please inform Us.
6.2.12 Should a complaints facility be made available at any stage, its deliberate misuse of the complaints facility will not permitted. If you persist in doing this, action may be taken against your Membership.

All disclaimers stated in these Terms shall apply in relation to any such content on this Site.

6.3 If you breach these Community Rules:

6.3.1 If you fail to abide by these Community Rules when taking part in a JoTantum.com Community service, you will be sent an e-mail which informs you why your contribution has been failed or edited. This e-mail will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your Membership account or accounts.
6.3.2 This action may include your relevant Membership account or accounts being placed into pre-moderation or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of JoTantum.com Community areas.
6.3.3 If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to JoTantum.com Communities or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on the Site and We consider such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, JoTantum.com may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer or email provider about the infringement(s).
6.3.4 JoTantum.com reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason.
